Choose the original Counter-Strike
Look for the game named Counter-Strike in your Steam library. This is the original game commonly called Counter-Strike 1.6. Counter-Strike: Source, Condition Zero, and Counter-Strike 2 are separate games. CS2 has its own GameToMac profile and guide.
This setup runs the Windows Steam version locally on your Mac. Steam’s older Mac version is a separate route; its store listing notes that Steam no longer supports 32-bit Mac games. Use the Steam window opened by GameToMac for this installation.
